of focusing on breathing in and out, acknowledging where you feel the breath and taking note of how your boy and mind feel is very grounding. It stops all of the other chatter, lets you find the present and remind yourself that everything will be as it is. I think that practising this has made me less reactive, more present and more focused and it is possible to practice this anytime and anyplace as your breath is always with you. A very useful lesson learnt.
